Under the Apprenticeship Act-1961 a holder of a National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade of Electrical Engineer awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCTVT), New Delhi or an Electrical Engineer awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCTVT), New Delhi after completing a course in the Electrical Trade from an Industrial Training Institute Holder of National Apprenticeship Certificate in this profession.
