01) केंद्र सरकार आणि राज्य सरकार अंतर्गत अधिकारी: i) पालक संवर्ग किंवा विभागात नियमितपणे समान पदे धारण करणे किंवा; ii) पालक संवर्ग किंवा विभागामध्ये नियमितपणे 6500-10500/-किंवा समतुल्य* स्केलमध्ये नियुक्ती झाल्यानंतर प्रदान केलेल्या खाजगी सचिव श्रेणीमध्ये 3 वर्षांच्या सेवेसह; आणि 02) इंग्रजी शॉर्टहँडमध्ये प्रति मिनिट 120 शब्दांचा वेग असणे आणि संगणकाचे कार्य ज्ञान असणे आवश्यक आहे, मायक्रोसॉफ्ट ऑफिस, एक्सेल किंवा पेज मेकर सारख्या सॉफ्टवेअरवर ऑपरेट करण्याचे ज्ञान असणे आवश्यक आहे. प्रतिनियुक्तीचा कालावधी त्याच किंवा केंद्र सरकारच्या इतर कोणत्याही संस्थेत किंवा विभागामध्ये या नियुक्तीच्या तत्काळ आधी घेतलेल्या दुसर्‍या माजी संवर्गीय पदावरील प्रतिनियुक्तीच्या कालावधीसह साधारणपणे 3 वर्षांपेक्षा जास्त नसावा. प्रतिनियुक्तीद्वारे नियुक्तीसाठी कमाल वयोमर्यादा अर्ज प्राप्त झाल्याच्या शेवटच्या तारखेनुसार 56 वर्षांपेक्षा जास्त नसावी.

01) Officers under the Central Government and State Government: i) holding analogous posts on a regular basis, in the parent cadre or department or; ii) With 3 years service in the Private Secretary grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of 6500-10500/-or equivalent* in the parent cadre or department; and 02) Possessing a speed of 120 words per minute in English shorthand and must have working knowledge of computers, having the knowledge to operate upon the software like Microsoft Office, Excel or Page makers. Period of Deputation including a period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed 3 years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications.
